With only a select number of players per session, every rep is intentional, every correction is detailed, and development is maximized. Ideal for players who want the energy of a group setting without sacrificing individual coaching.

    Position-focused training built exclusively for defensemen. With a strict cap of 8 skaters, each session delivers high-rep, detailed instruction on gap control, angling, puck retrievals, and decision-making under pressure. Small group size ensures individualized feedback while maintaining game-like intensity.

  • High-tempo sessions designed to mirror in-season practices and keep players sharp all offseason. Athletes move continuously through a variety of drills that emphasize conditioning, pace, and game-like execution. These clinics build endurance while reinforcing habits that translate directly to game situations.

  • Where the real work begins. Designed to give athletes clear, honest, and actionable feedback—built specifically around their game.

    This isn’t just watching clips. It’s a structured breakdown of your habits, decisions, and details that directly impact performance. We identify what’s working, what needs improvement, and how to apply those adjustments immediately.

    Each session is personalized to the athlete, combining technical analysis with mentorship to help build confidence, awareness, and consistency.

    At Just Develop Sports Group, we guide players and families through every stage of the journey—from youth hockey to junior, college, and beyond. This is more than training. This is about making the right decisions, at the right time, with the right mindset.

    We act as a trusted advisor, helping you navigate the hockey landscape with confidence. From evaluating opportunities to building relationships and holding you accountable, our focus is on long-term development and positioning you for success.

    What’s included:

    • Individualized development and career planning

    • Team and league guidance (AAA, junior, NCAA pathways)

    • Ongoing mentorship and accountability

    • Communication strategy with coaches and organizations
